Defense capability depends not only on weapons, but also on internal processes in the army. We design support services for people in extreme conditions - from provision and social guarantees to adaptation, motivation and transitions between positions. This allows us to reduce unnecessary burden on the soldier and increase the capacity of units.
Improving security processes
A statement, a journal, or a report are perceived as part of military bureaucracy, but in reality they are artifacts of internal services for military personnel. Service in the army will never be easy, but complex and incomprehensible services should not make it any more difficult. We design internal services so that they work for defense capability, not against it.

Military personnel risk their lives and health for the sake of the country, but the process of obtaining benefits and social guarantees often turns into a difficult and exhausting path. Units are understaffed and have varying levels of motivation, but it’s not always clear what the military has to offer those who join.
