Oleg is passionate about people and business. His corporate experience and Executive MBA allow him to speak the same language as executives and business owners. His genuine curiosity about people helps him see user needs they often don’t realize themselves.

For over 6 years, Oleg has been helping companies shift their focus from products to customers. Before Lanka.CX, he developed communication strategies for lifecell, Silpo, and Nestlé. His portfolio includes more than 25 service design projects with clients such as EVA, PUMB, Uniqa, and others.

With over nine years of experience in service design, Nataliia is a certified Master of Service Design (SDN). She has led innovative projects across B2B and B2C industries, including banking, insurance, healthcare, and real estate. Her portfolio includes OKKO, UKRSIBBANK, RIA, and more.

Natalia previously led private banking and corporate business development. She specializes in HoReCa, retail, and internal service systems. Her clients include MHP, Varus, Metinvest, and others.​

Maryna has extensive experience in organizing conferences, educational programs, and international business projects. She co-hosts service and design jams in Ukraine. Her mix of business project management and creative thinking allows her to design modern, well-structured services.

A leader of public, military, and non-profit projects, Liza is the only Ukrainian graduate of IE Business School specializing in CX & Innovation. She has worked with UNICEF, WHO, “Come Back Alive,” and military teams. Her expertise spans the public sector, systems thinking, and research. She is also a co-host of Service Jam and GovJam.

Dmytro considers service design his true calling. With two years of experience and participation in 15 projects, he’s passionate about innovative businesses and startups — currently developing his own product.​

Over five years of experience in hospitality laid the foundation for Olena’s service design work, shaping her ability to see through the customer’s eyes and create real value. She believes that structured thinking is the key to effective solutions and strong customer experiences. Co-host of Service Jam 2025.

Tetiana came into customer experience from marketing and management in the public sector. Her MS in Marketing Management from UCU Business School helped her expand into business processes. She has successfully completed projects with PUMB, MHP, Teva, and others.
